For Jill Ann Monaco, It's All In The Family
Jill Ann Monaco grew up watching her father work with icons from the fashion and design world. She also watched him build a business that flowed seamlessly through the decades as trends and clients changed and evolved.
Jill Ann learned the value of the pivot early on. To stay relevant and profitable, you have to go outside your comfort zone, be innovative and try new things. That is how Charles Monaco built the business he founded more than 35 years ago, and it is still how the company operates today. The entire Monaco family works side by side continuing to innovate and influence design and trends on a global scale, providing furniture for hotels, restaurants and resorts.
Jill resides in Los Angeles and heads up the west coast office of Furniture Design Studios. Her first book pays homage to her father and mentor, Charles Monaco, and gives us an inside look at how to build a brand and business that can influence and change an entire industry.
